1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

• After this period, your order may already be processed or in production and cannot be cancelled.

2. Change of Mind

• We accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a faulty or incorrect bracelet, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Custom or personalised bracelets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty.
